Practice successful intentions

This energy of intention triggers changes in the universe that will build the energy body of our intention. Then it is physically delivered. That’s a successful intention.

Why we need intentions? But what are intentions in the first place? And, how to practice successful intentions?

What are Intention?

Intentions are our desires intentionally declared to our selves.

All the time we have desires running inside our feelings and intellectual mind. That’s one of the blessings that the universe implanted in our initial program. It is a two side winning relation. Our desires leads us to grow and as we grow the universe grows. When we convert these flying desires to be intentions then, they are implanted in our lives and shall flourish in the future.

So, what happens when you intend to be or do something?

To understand it try to find the difference between when we desire a glass of water and when we intend to pick a glass of water. When it remains in the desire realm, it is like thoughts that fly in and out of our mind, creates noise and don’t come real. When we intend something we bring it to our focus and attention for enough period of time. What happens is simply we give this intention energy to live and grow. This energy of intention triggers changes in the universe that will build the energy body of our intention till it is ready to be physically delivered. In case that we don’t have any opposing intentions, it will physically appear in our world.

Let we build on the desire to drink a glass of water. If we don’t intend to drink the water, we will forget about it and get consumed by other things. Now we intended to drink water, we shall have energy that will flourish a glass of water. Either we shall go up to pick one or we will hear our partner, shall i bring you a glass of water with me?

If you keep returning to this basic example of the glass of water, you will be able to grow your desires into intentions and then realities. Practice Successful intentions

To keep it simple,

  1. Your intention is what you tell your self that you want.
  2. As your mind is one of your tools for successful intentions. And your mind needs logical reasons. So you need to speak clearly to your self what you want to do and why. Like this you set your intention.
  3. Next, think of your feelings towards what you had said to yourself in step 1. Let us take an example of a a journey that you intend to go with a group of friends. In step 1, you had set the intention. In Step 2, you explained that you need a recreational change. Now what do you feel toward this trip? Are you happy, excited, do the preparations elevates you mood? Or, are you worried or thinking all the time about how this trip is tiring or that you don’t enjoy being with one of those going on this trip?
  4. The results of (your intentions) + (your feelings) towards the subject will give you the result. The trip might be canceled, delayed, any thing frustrating might happen even not exactly what you were worried about. That’s because your energy or the feelings inside your energy field together with the universal energy field are trying to serve to you what your mind and feelings are requesting.
  5. It is all a matter of trial and success or trial and not that much success. We need to be aware of both. And, we need to learn the lessons from both situations. When we master the successful mix between our intentions and feelings. We master life and we shall live happily ever after.
How to catch my feelings?

To be able to point out how you feel towards certain subject you need to listen to the messages your body conveys to you. These feelings are reflected as chemicals in your blood stream or energy changes in one or more of your organs as your gut or heart. It might be a slight tingling effect in your tongue or your eye.

To get the message, you need to receive it and then interpret it correctly.

First let we start by receiving the message.

We need to quiet down our stream of thoughts and in the same time sense all our body and its energy. Both of them might be challenging but here I join with you a practice by Ekhart Tole that serves both needs at the same time:

  • Close your eyes
  • Take a few calm breaths
  • Start to feel one part of your body
    • You can easily feel your hand by moving it
    • Draw your attention to your hand without moving it
    • Continue till you feel its existence
    • What you had sensed now is the energy that flows or exists in your hand
  • Shift your attention now to another hand or leg
  • Shift it to less commonly sensed organ as you eye
  • Play by trying to feel the energy of 2 parts together
  • Continue till you are satisfied
  • Did any thought interrupt you? I believe not. Or at most a stray one.
  • Come back to this practice whenever you want to escape from a thought stream. Try practicing it as you wake up. It will be a WOW moment.

Second, How to interpret this feeling or this message?

Be open that it might mean one thing or its opposite. When you feel heavy while approaching a new step, it might be a message not to go int this direction or your comfort zone pulling you back.

So, How to know the difference? Try consciously, conclude and record your result for the next trial. Same for your gut or heart feelings. Some coaches advice to start these trial intentionally with small things as a new juice or fruit. Ask you gut and listen to the answer and then take a sip or byte and record the interpretation for this experience.

Some feelings are unmistakable. When you feel light and cheerful, that’s an easy answer that you are on your right track to reach what you want. Just be aware that there is no absolute right or wrong.

In Conclusion,

Intentions bring miracles into our life. It just needs practice and, to be open to explore and practice till you find your perfect mix.

Also, whatever we had mentioned needs commitment in exploring and turning it into default. Otherwise, you will be happy with it for a few days or weeks, then it will escape in the thin air and you will be back to your comfort zone.
